Megan

Our yearly Barleywine brewed in honor of our queen, Megan. To capture her, this barleywine is brewed with a mix of Maris Otter and caramel malts, along with a heap of honey. Hopped with some classic English hop varietals, this beer boasts notes of dark fruits, figs, caramel, honey, and royalty. Enjoyed fresh, or cellerable

Sam

Our Imperial Stout brewed to honor our feral-turned-lover, muscular, all-black cat, Sam. This stout is brewed with a mix of specialty dark malts to bring out both a black color and depth of flavor. Notes of roasty espresso, baker's chocolate, and dark fruit.

Ellie

This session chocolate milk stout is brewed in honor of our shy, little one. Sweetened with lactose, with a delicate body, and a smooth chocolate taste from cocoa powder. This beer is a perfect representation of our Ellie.

El Gato Picante

Our Mexican Hot Chocolate stout brewed with a mix of specialty malts, oats, and an ever so slight touch of lactose. Additions of marshmallow and cocoa powder add notes of milk chocolate and hot cocoa, while a mixture of vanilla, cinnamon, and chiles de arbol bring a mix of wintry spices and a warming heat.

Polydactyl

Polydactyl is our Quad - brewed with a heaping of pilsner malt, a touch of specialty malts, and a mix of golden and dark candi syrups, then fermented with a mixture Trappist and Belgian yeasts, this beer remains smooth and dry despite its high ABV. Notes of dried cherry, fig, caramel, fresh-baked bread, and a subtle spice.

Toe Beans

Toe Beans is an Imperial Brown Ale rested on whole coffee beans and cold brew coffee. Brewing with a different local roaster's beans each batch allows for the unique qualities of each bean to be showcased and add nuance to the underlying nutty and chocolate undertones

Rosemary's Tabby

We brewed this Saison with a mix of pilsner and white wheat. The classic Saaz hop adds a floral bitterness, while the late addition of Lemondrop hops accentuates the bright lemon zest aroma and flavor. Rosemary and lemon juice were added to this farmhouse ale to make a balanced sweet and savory flavor. Belle yeast adds a peppery note and lifts the fruity esters and herbal undertones, while keeping the body clean and light. Notes of lemon candies, fresh plucked rosemary, floral herbs, cracked pepper, and spring sunsets

Pepper

The first of our beers to honor the cats from our lives. This beer is brewed in honor of “Pepper”, a beloved outdoor black Manx that was both a lover and a protector. Brewed with amaranth in the mash to represent Artemis - goddess of the hunt, wild animals, and protector of young girls. Hopped with Saaz/Hallertau Mittelfruh/Mosaic. Lastly, crushed pink and black peppercorns in true representation of his name. This is Pepper

Pawsitive Vibes

Our cream ale with added fruit. The addition of flaked corn and wheat add a crisp taste and a touch of body, and make this a great summer refresher

Kitten Mittens

This winter warmer is brewed with a selection of spices including cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and anise. Notes of holiday baked goods, chocolate, and warmth around the fire.

Dia de Los Gatos

Pale lager brewed with a pilsner malt, flaked rice, and dextrose, and hopped exclusively with Huell Melon hops. Lime juice and pink Himalayan sea salt were added to bring out even more summer flavor from the crisp, clean brew.

Superstition

Brewed with a pale base and the addition of some steeped specialty malts, then hopped with a combo of Centennial and Nugget, our Black IPA is smooth and light with some piney hop flavor while still offering a solid malt base and a good touch of roastiness

Forever Home is our blond ale brewed with a base of pale malts and Centennial hops. Each batch has a unique addition of hops, herbs, and/or fruit.

Barn Cat is a saison brewed with a mix of pilsner and wheat malts with a touch of flaked rye adding a bit of spiciness to the bright, clean malt profile, while Saaz and EKGs hops add a floral character and accentuate the spice from the rye. To this base, local honey, lavender, and heather tips were added at various stages throughout the brewing and fermentation process, and a classic French saison yeast adds its own unique ester profile.

Matagot is our dark saison. Brewed with a mix of pilsner malt, wheat, and rye, along with a selection of specialty malts to add a dark brown/black color, we used traditional East Kent Goldings and Saaz to add an earthy, floral bitterness. Black and pink peppercorns were used to add a subtle pepper note that accentuates the saison yeast esters, and deepens the roast flavor contributed by the darker malts.

XIII is our lucky, black barleywine. A mix of Maris Otter, pilsner, caramel, and specialty dark malts blend together to form a base for the addition of Centennial and EKG hops. Blending both classic English and American barleywine hop notes, we added hickory syrup to add an extra layer of flavor. The end result is a warming mix of caramel, dark fruit, bitter chocolate, and roasty espresso surrounding by a syrupy, smokey blanket.
